Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unused towels in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
